Return Policy

Kreon Limited offers a 10-day return policy for new, unopened products from the date of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The return request must be submitted within 10 days of delivery.
• The item must be unused.
• The item must be in its original packaging.
• The item must be in resalable condition.
• Opened, used, installed, modified, or damaged products are not eligible for return unless they are found to be defective.

Non-Refundable Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a verified product defect.

Return Authorization

Please contact info@kreon.hk before returning any item.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.

If the issue is verified, we will work with you to provide a replacement, repair, refund, or other appropriate solution.

Warranty

Kreon Limited products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by crashes or accidents
• Misuse or abuse
• Improper use or installation
• Product modifications
• Unauthorized repairs
• Normal wear and tear
