Shipping Policy
Kreon Limited primarily handles B2B, wholesale, and bulk order shipments. Shipping arrangements may vary depending on the order quantity, destination country, product type, customer requirements, and agreed commercial terms.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after order confirmation and receipt of payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order quantity, packaging requirements, documentation requirements, and logistics arrangements.
For bulk orders, estimated lead times will be provided by quotation, proforma invoice, sales confirmation, or separate written communication.
Shipping Methods
We may ship orders by courier, air freight, sea freight, truck, or other logistics methods depending on the shipment size, destination, urgency, and agreed shipping terms.
Available carriers and shipping methods may include, but are not limited to, DHL, FedEx, UPS, air cargo, freight forwarders, or customer-appointed logistics providers.
For bulk orders, shipping costs are usually quoted separately unless otherwise stated.
Shipping Terms
Shipping terms may be agreed based on Incoterms or other written agreement between Kreon Limited and the customer.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, shipping charges, import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, destination charges, storage fees, and other related costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If the customer uses its own freight forwarder or shipping account, the customer is responsible for coordinating pickup, providing accurate shipping instructions, and handling any costs, delays, or issues caused by the appointed forwarder.
Delivery Estimates
Any delivery dates or transit times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Kreon Limited is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, freight forwarders, customs inspection, customs clearance, import restrictions, weather, force majeure events, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances outside our control.
Customs, Duties, and Import Requirements
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the products can be legally imported into the destination country.
The customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs clearance, permits, licenses, certifications, and other destination-country requirements unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Kreon Limited may provide standard commercial shipping documents where applicable, such as commercial invoice, packing list, and airway bill or bill of lading. Any special documentation requirements must be confirmed before shipment.
Risk of Loss and Title
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the goods are handed over to the carrier, freight forwarder, or customer-appointed logistics provider.
Title to the goods transfers according to the agreed payment terms and commercial terms between Kreon Limited and the customer.
Shipping Address and Instructions
The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information, including company name, contact person, phone number, email address, delivery address, tax ID or import number if required, and any special delivery instructions.
Kreon Limited is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, additional charges, or returned shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers should inspect all shipments promptly upon receipt.
Any visible damage, missing cartons, incorrect items, or shipment discrepancies should be reported to Kreon Limited as soon as possible, together with photos, shipping documents, carton labels, and a detailed description of the issue.
Claims related to shipping damage or missing goods may require carrier inspection and supporting documentation.
Split Shipments and Partial Shipments
For bulk orders, Kreon Limited may ship products in multiple batches or partial shipments depending on product availability, production schedule, warehouse arrangement, or logistics requirements.
Additional shipping charges may apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Returned or Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is returned, refused, abandoned, delayed, or deemed undeliverable due to customer-related reasons, the customer may be responsible for all related costs, including return freight, storage fees, customs charges, reshipment fees, and other expenses.
Export Control and Restricted Destinations
Some products may be subject to export control, sanctions, customs restrictions, or end-use requirements.
Kreon Limited reserves the right to refuse, cancel, delay, or hold any shipment if additional compliance review, documentation, end-user information, or regulatory confirmation is required.
We do not ship to restricted parties, sanctioned destinations, or prohibited end uses.
